Dead Roper Dryer Repaired
Jensen Beach, Florida customer called complaining that their Roper dryer would not respond. Before arriving we asked if the dryer was having trouble drying the clothes before it stopped working. They said yes. They were having to run the dryer for 2 cycles in order to get the clothes dry. This information allowed us to show up with the needed dryer parts to get the job done same day. We replaced the fuse and gave the dryer a deep cleaning. We also gave the customer a complimentary dryer vent cleaning. We got up on the roof and cleaning the duct from top to bottom.
The customer was very grateful making us feel like a hero.
